TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. GENERAL TERMS
This Terms and Conditions is an agreement between Users (“ You, Your or Yourself ”) and Sabah Lands and Survey. JTUWMA Pro is made available by Sabah Lands and Surveys Department subject to the general terms and conditions. You acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions. Your use of JTUWMA Pro, upon purchase, constitutes unconditional acceptance to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as may be amended from time to time. You must ensure that any person you allow to use JTUWMA Pro complies with these Terms and Conditions.
The JTUWMA Pro and JTUWMA Pro Subscription are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis in the JTUWMA Pro database.
The JTUWMA Pro data published here is the property of Sabah Lands and Surveys Department. The data is for informational purposes only. JTUWMA Pro makes no representation as to the completeness or accuracy of the Data and any reliance thereon or use thereof by any individual or any entity shall be at such party’s sole risk.
If you choose to transact using our apps or send an e-mail which provides personally identifiable data, this data may be shared with other Government agencies so as to serve you in the most efficient and effective manner. An example might be in terms of resolving or addressing complaints that require escalation to other Government agencies.
Subscription means a purchase by payment for a certain access period to use the premium services.
Subscription Add-On means a purchase by payment to obtain more points for a certain access period to use the premium services.
Subscription Point means points obtained when a registered user successfully purchased a subscription through Sabah Pay to use premium services.
Registered User means user that is registered to JTUWMA Pro but has not subscribed to JTUWMA Pro Subscription.
Subscriber means Registered User that has successfully subscribed to JTUWMA Pro Subscription.
Active Subscriber means subscriber that still has a valid subscription based on the validity period.
Premium Services means services that can be obtained by subscribed users i.e. to view parcel’s premium details and download KML files.
Premium Details means details containing Registered Parcel information, Land Owner details and Quit Rent information.
4. JTUWMA PRO SUBSCRIPTION VALIDITY
- Upon every successful purchase of subscription/ subscription add-on, the validity period shall correspond with subscriber's point amount.
- Price list are based on the subscription type as below:

- Active subscribers can add-on subscription point while the current subscription is still active. The subscription will be extended and continue from the date of the last successful purchase of Subscription Add-On.
- In the event that the current subscription validity period is still active but has insufficient points, the subscriber can purchase Subscription Add-On. However, the validity period will be taken from the longest subscription validity period.
- The subscribers will be notified via email on the new subscription/ subscription add-on validity period upon successful subscription.
5. SUBSCRIPTION PREMIUM BENEFITS
Subscribed user will enjoy these premium benefits / features: -

6. REFUND POLICY
Successful purchase of subscription/ subscription add-on shall not be refundable.
7. TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT
You may terminate our service or delete the user account from the App. We do not have any obligation to You for any matter arises from the time of removal of the App. However, any active subscription will be terminated and no refund will be given. Subscriber's points will become invalid and cannot be retrieved.
8. SUBSCRIBER'S ACCOUNT INACTIVE/EXPIRED
Subscriber’s account will remain inactive/ expired once the subscription reaches its validity period. However, the purchase of subscription add-on can be done to reactivate the subscriber’s account.
